Manages the integrated high data rate (Ku-band) communications link between the ground and the station. Manages data system traffic, downlink video, assures ground data quality with NASA users, and assesses data system change requests. Ensures that the data system is properly configured to support payload operations. Also responsible for managing video coverage of research activity on the station. Monitors, configures and coordinates the use of the video system.

Information Systems Manager

 Information Systems Manager responsible for corporate Web Applications. Worked with Microsoft (ASP) Active Server Pages connected to MS Access and Oracle databases. Managed the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) group responsible for collecting manufacturing data from the shop floor using ICC's SFDM (Shop Floor Data Manager) and Genrad's TRACS III software applications. The Web group was responsible for integrating shop floor collected data to Benchmark's TIME (Total Interactive Manufacturing Environment) system and for creating, designing, and maintaining all company Internet, Intranet, and Extranet web pages and applications. During the deployment of our data collection software and TIME system, supervised 17 employees and traveled to 4 remote facilities to coordinate the project. Worked two years with marketing consultant firm to prepare for four trade shows and to present our award winning TIME system to attendees. Project manager for global Lotus Notes deployment, which was migrated to Benchmark's Microsoft Exchange system.
